Bouncing Colored Balls
The teams which consist of either the youths against older kids or boys against girls. Enter the Bouncer with at least 6 foam balls. You will need two different colored balls.
The youths and the elders or boys and girls begin tossing the balls to the opposing team. The leader is at the bouncer door and plays music during each round. He/she has 2 balls in the hands (a blue one and a red one). He/she throws the balls to the players and gets them back. The girls/boys may catch only the red ball, the youths or elders, etc. only the blue one. The leader tries to confuse the players: he/she may throw 2 balls at once or pretend that he/she is going to throw the ball in one direction, while he/she is going to throw it in the opposite one. When the leader stops the music, any player who is holding the wrong color ball for there team has to exit. Last player out wins.
DJ Hot Potato
Players enter the Bounce House. A bean bag is tossed from player to player while one player plays music. When the music stops, the player who has the bean bag is out and exits the Moonwalk. The last one in the bounce house wins the game. Frequently stops should be made so the game moves quickly, for players who are already out.
Moonwalk in Space Simon Says
One player is the Astronaut Captain and orders the other players to make motions by saying, "Simon says bounce on one foot" or "Simon says jump to a corner."
The leader also makes all of these motions. If he omits "Simon says," however, and just orders "Jump on one foot," the players should not make the motion. Any player who does, is out of the game. The winner is the player who remains in the game the longest.
Scavenger Hunt
Need a break from bouncing? Create a list of items the kids must search for through the house or neighborhood. If you are going out into the neighborhood, please remember to let the neighbors know that the kids may come by. Place household familiar items ranging from easy things like a tissue, to hard to find items like a purple button. The kid who finds all the items on the list first, is the winner!
